Magica Domenica – One Day Yoga Mirage Retreat
Si è tenuto domenica 20 novembre 2022, a Model D, Milano un pomeriggio dedicato allo yoga, i cristalli e la condivisione.
Uno spazio nel quale poter stare insieme e praticare uno yoga dolce e rilassante, comprendere come i cristalli possano aiutarci nella vita di tutti i giorni (ruota di medicina) con la nostra special guest, insegnante di cristallo terapia, Barbara Ea Tut Ba. Infine una merenda vegana ha favorito le parole che più si è sentito di dover condividere.
Un momento intenso dove la pratica di yoga ha aiutato ad aprire fisicamente e profondamente il cuore delle partecipanti, e la ruota di medicina ha permesso di potersi aprire e condividere le proprie esperienze e sentimenti.
Il giudizio non era presente, c’era libertà di potersi aprire in un luogo protetto con persone che vibrano sulle stesse frequenze.
